My name is Lindsey and I specialize in massge therapy, Bowenwork Therapy, Reiki Energy Healing, and distance healing. I also offer unique intuitive combination healing sessions that incorporate my entire toolbelt of bodywork and healing techniques.

Note: I provide COVID-safe massage and bodywork as best as I can. I wear a mask, wash my hands before and after each appointment, disinfect the treatment room, use clean linens, and I will never work on you if I have any inkling that I'm sick. Your health and well-being are my priority and I take extra efforts to ensure my space is as safe as possible for everyone, including immuno-compromised people.
You do not have to wear a mask. But please do not come into the office if you are sick!

Massage Therapy

Bowen Therapy (aka Bowenwork)

Experience profound healing with this unique cross-fiber friction fascial release technique that unravels pain and tension, alleviates anxiety and depression, and puts you in a gentle altered state of deep relaxation and meditation. Made up of precise "rolling" movements over the body and brief pauses to allow the nervous system to respond. Especially effective for those with chronic pain, fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, depression, anxiety, dysmorphia, dysphoria, new injuries, or recent surgical procedures.

Reiki Energy Healing

Massage + Bowen Therapy

A full-spectrum healing session combining intentional therapeutic touch, gentle Bowen moves, and energy balancing Reiki. This trio supports deep relaxation, physical release, and emotional harmony - leaving you grounded, recharged, and at ease.
Bowen Therapy + Reiki

During a Bowenwork + Reiki Session, the practitioner will perform Reiki in between the separate Bowenwork procedures, enhancing the effects and effectiveness of both modalities. It is deeply relaxing, restorative, and grounding.
